Huxdotter Coffee

I moved from Redmond to North Bend last summer and was bummed to leave behind Mercury’s. Little did I know that Huxdotter would not only fill the void but surpass Mercury’s in every way. Every drink and treat I’ve had has been so delicious, and their seasonal drinks are so fun! This Lucky Charms matcha is 10/10. I look forward to every holiday to see what new creation they have. And don’t get me started on their cold foams and iron horse breakfast sandwich, absolute Their baristas are very friendly and I love that after 10 drinks, you get a free one!! Highly recommend this gem of a coffee shop

Only did the drive through but great experience! Very nice staff. Got a cold brew with cold foam - super solid. Wife got a cappuccino, also great! Vibe was on point, would go back for sure if in the area.

First time here, pretty solid! Got a good selection of food and drinks which is greatly appreciated. Its not worth docking a star, but would you guys mind putting up prices for all of your drinks? Its kinda offputting to ask how much is everything and the cost based on size too.

Highly recommend this place! The building and atmosphere suits the occasion. There’s a beautiful view of Mount Si. Coffee was really good and service was professional. It definitely seems like people come back regularly. I imagine the coffee shop being the place to be at during the snowfall!

I’m a “first time caller” and was very pleased with my experience at Huxdotter. The place has a comfy and spacious atmosphere. They had a parking lot and I also noticed a drive thru. Several upgrades beyond Starbucks in my humble opinion (sorry if that offends any Starbucks devotees). The Huxdotter server was kind and pleasantly patient helping me navigate a difficult decision (because I really blessed and a coffee wannabe-nerd). Cold brew Irish Cream or an Hochata latte??? I really love a good Horchata latte yet I also love the Irish Cream flavor, however I had never had a cold brew option like this. My Hux-d. guide broken down her flavor experience of both options and it was clear she was suggesting I order the Cream. So I did and it blew me away. I also order the kids the Mount Si veggie breakfast burrito. It was solid. If in North Bend or passing thru, I highly recommend and certainly hope for the opportunity to return and order the same thing and test for consistency. I can’t speak for the quality of espresso and if blessed with another visit, I will also test that out. HOT TIP: After getting your delicious coffee here, take a 4mins walk or 2min drive to the famous Twede’s Cafe (from Twin Peaks) and get a slice (or two) of their cherry pie to enjoy with your coffee libation. Pop in, enjoy scoping out that place, and order to go as there will probably be a line and you already have your coffee. HOT TIP PART 2!!! If headed east, take a 25mins(ish) drive to Franklin Falls trail head and hike to the marvelous waterfall (it’s a good 30mins hike - well worth it) If not heading that direction and wanna enjoy more North Bend, drive 8-12min to either Little Si or Mount Si for a beautiful trek thru nature. We found parking to be pretty easy (road is a little bumpy though). Enjoy!

We love this place! The customer service is great. The coffee is excellent, and the sandwiches are decent.

This is my absolute favorite coffee spot. Everyone is so kind, the drive thru line is fast, and the coffee is AMAZING. Definitely try the twin peaks latte if you’ve never been — 10/10.

- Irish cream cold brew 12oz & Iron horse sandwich - the drink and food was great! Love the taste of coffee - Good place to study/work with laptop - There are also high chairs back of the cashier but uncomfortable to sit long.
